We know how important timing is — especially when it comes to weddings and special events. That’s why we’ve designed our delivery and collection process to be straightforward, reliable and completely stress free.

Every Video Guest Book and Audio Guest Book is carefully prepared, delivered with plenty of time before your event, and collected afterwards — all included in the price.

How Delivery Works

Delivered in Plenty of Time

For events on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we dispatch on the Monday before and it is delivered on the Tuesday. For events on any other day, we dispatch 5 working days before and it is delivered the next working day. You will see your exact dates when you book and in your client portal.

Each guest book is fully set up, tested and ready to use straight out of the box.

Free UK Nationwide Delivery

Delivery is included for all UK mainland bookings. There are no hidden costs — what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive:

  • An immediate confirmation email
  • A follow-up “What to Expect” email within 24 hours, explaining everything you need to know before delivery

Flexible Delivery Locations

We can deliver your guest book to:

  • Your home address
  • Your venue (we will coordinate with your venue contact)
  • A family member or trusted contact

Need to change the address? Just reply to your booking confirmation email or email info@videoguestbook.co.uk at any time before dispatch.

Using Your Guest Book

Once delivered, your guest book is yours to enjoy throughout your event. Clear instructions are provided, and our devices are designed to be intuitive and easy for guests of all ages to use.

If you need any assistance, our team offers 24/7 support around your event.

Collection Made Easy

We Arrange Everything

For Friday and Saturday events we collect on the Monday after, and for Sunday events on the Tuesday after. For any other day, collection is 2 working days after your event. There is no need to book anything yourself. We organise it for you.

Simply place the guest book back into its original packaging. It will be collected from the address it was delivered to, unless you have given us a different collection address. You can change this at any time by emailing us.

Fast Turnaround of Your Memories

Once we receive your guest book back:

  • Video Guest Book recordings are delivered digitally within 48 hours
  • Audio Guest Book recordings are delivered digitally within 24 hours

Optional keepsakes, such as personalised USBs or vinyl, are dispatched shortly afterwards.

Changing Dates or Details

We understand that plans can change.

  • Event date changes can be made up to 30 days before your event, subject to availability
  • Delivery or collection addresses and dates can be changed at any time before dispatch. Just reply to your booking confirmation email

If you’re unsure, just get in touch — we’re always happy to help where possible.

Destination Weddings

We regularly provide guest books for destination weddings.

For destination wedding bookings:

  • Your guest book will arrive six days before your event
  • Collection will take place six days after your event

This extended hire period allows for travel and peace of mind. If you need the guest book for longer or have special requirements, our team will be happy to assist.

If Something Unexpected Happens

In the unlikely event of a delivery issue, courier delay or technical problem beyond our control, we will always work quickly to find the best solution.

Where possible, we’ll offer:

  • A free upgraded alternative, or
  • A suitable replacement at no extra cost

If only a downgrade option is available, you’ll have the choice of a 50% refund or free cancellation with a full refund.
