For events more than 6 weeks away you can secure The Noir Vintage with just £29.75 today. After that, pay the rest whenever you like and in whatever amounts suit you from your client portal. It just needs to be cleared 6 weeks before your event.
When do I get access to my portal?
Straight away. Your private client portal is created the moment you book, so you can track payments, delivery and collection right from day one.
How many messages can it hold?
The Noir Vintage has 8GB of memory, which is plenty for a message from every guest. It arrives fully charged and ready to record.
My event is very soon. Can I still book?
Online booking is open for events more than 3 weeks away. If your event is sooner, contact us and we’ll check availability — we can often still help.
Is delivery and collection included?
Yes. Free UK delivery and collection is included with every booking. For Friday, Saturday and Sunday events we dispatch on the Monday before, so it arrives on the Tuesday. For other days we dispatch 5 working days before. You will see your exact dates when you book.
Can I cancel?
Cancel 30 days or more before your event for a full refund, including any deposit. Between 30 and 14 days before, you receive 50% of the booking value back. See our cancellation policy for details.
How do we get our videos?
Every message is uploaded to your private online portal, where you can watch, download and share them with family.
